Biography

Gary Hall is President of Solvay Interox Inc., a subsidiary of Solvay America Inc. He started with Solvay in 1977 and has served the company in several positions, including three years in Belgium. The Solvay Interox Group of companies is the world's largest manufacturer of hydrogen peroxide and its derivatives, with expertise in hydrogen peroxide going back over 100 years. Solvay's manufacturing operations span the globe with facilities in more than 15 countries on four continents, producing approximately 1.3 billion pounds of hydrogen peroxide each year.

Solvay Interox Inc. is headquartered in Houston and has a plant in Longview, Washington, where Hall served as the first Plant Manager from 1987 to 1994. Hall serves on the OSU Chemical Engineering Advisory Board. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Longview Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Directors and Campaign Chairman for the Cowlitz County, Washington United Way.
